Welcome to the Centers for Working Families Job Board, where you can post your resume, search for employment opportunities, and apply online for jobs that interest you! The CWF Job Board is powered by CareerBuilder.com, the largest online job site in the United States. This means you can access two sets of listings through the CWF Job Board—the full set of job postings from CareerBuilder.com for the Chicago metro area, AND a unique set of jobs, JUST LISTED ON THE CWF JOB BOARD, offered by small and mid-size employers in neighborhoods throughout the city.

The CWF Job Board is a project of LISC/Chicago's network of Centers for Working Families. CWFs—12 in all—are in neighborhoods on the South, West, and North sides of Chicago. At any CWF you can look for new jobs, learn if you qualify for income support programs, receive financial education and coaching, and stay informed about the latest developments in employment and financial opportunities.

CWFs are devoted to improving the financial bottom line for low- to moderate-income families and helping people change their financial behavior by encouraging a long-term commitment to increasing income, decreasing expenses, building credit and acquiring assets.

The CWFs, operated by community-based organizations with the help of LISC/Chicago, specialize in taking a holistic approach to people's employment and financial needs, linking job placement and career improvement with financial education and maximizing public benefits.
